Shipping policy

The manufacturer Richway International strives to ship BioMat and Alkal-Life products as swiftly as possible, so that they reach your door within 7 – 10 business days. If you want guaranteed delivery right away, you may expedite shipping for an additional $25 per item and you will receive your delivery within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping rate of $25 is only available in US & Canada. International expedited service is available, please inquire for rates. If you have questions about shipping schedules or costs, please contact us.

Refund policy

We are proud of the BioMat and Alkal-Life certified, high-quality products and we are certain that they will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to accept the return under the following conditions:
100% refund for returns initiated within seven days of receipt of the product.
70% refund for returns initiated between eight and 14 after receipt of the product.
50% refund for returns initiated between 15 and 30 days after receipt of the product.
The opportunity for a refund or exchange on your purchase expires after 31 days. A return authorization form must be completed before any returns are accepted.

BioMat Warranty Information

RichWay International, Inc. warranty for the Bio Mat™ is 3 years.
1 Year One – no cost
2 Year Two – A fee of $60 for any repairs
3 Year Three – A fee of $160 for any repairs
If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product. The manufacturers’ warranty covers repair or replacement of
defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We do not pay for shipping on returns. If problems do occur it is most likely with the controller only which is a very small part to ship.

Lifetime Warranty

Richway offers a wonderful lifetime warranty exchange policy. You can return old product receive 50% discount towards new product purchase, even towards a different product.
